Anshika Chauhan, PhD
Project Research Scientist -III
Anshika completed her PhD in 2023 and now joined as Project Research Scientist -III. She is interested in understanding the biology of Circulating Tumour Cells using single cell multiomics and identifying molecular markers of CTCs for prognostic and therapeutic purpose.

Project Research Scientist-II
Geeta joined the lab as an MSc. Student in Biochemistry in 2019, completed her PhD in August 2026. Currently she has joined as Project Research Scientist- II. She is interested in exploring spatial and temporal heterogeneity of OSCC tumours.

Smriti completed her M.Sc. in Biochemistry from AIIMS Jodhpur. She joined the lab as a PhD student in August, 2021. She is exploring the role of LCN2, MMP9 and their complex in radioresistance of HNSCC tumours.

Sakshi completed her M.Sc. in Systems Biology and Bioinformatics from Panjab University, Chandigarh and joined lab in 2023. She is interested in tracking the driver mutation of cervical cancer in CTCs and cfDNA.

Hemant joined the lab as PhD student in July 2024 after completing his M.Sc. in Biochemistry from AIIMS Delhi, 2022. He is interested to understand the role of peripheral immune landscape in CTCs survival.

Ayushi joined the lab as PhD student in Jan 2025 after completing her M.Sc. in Biotechnology from Lucknow University, 2023. She is interested in exploration of how genetic variation affect radiation induced toxicity in HNSCC patients.

Kamalika joined lab as Project Research Scientist -I in May 2026. She completed her M.Sc. from Amity University, Kolkata, 2025. She is working under the project related to diagnostic trial of in-house developed CTC detection and isolation method in OSCC patients.
